V spa Amenities
Women's and men's change rooms are equiped with showers and lockers, spa robes and sandals, towels and grooming essential. You are welcome to enjoy our relaxation lounge before and after your services. We ask that you kindly turn off any cellular phones so that both you and our other guests can fully relax and enjoy the spa experience.
Scheduling
Our friendly and knowledgeable team will help you to make the most of your visit by recommending and scheduling the perfect spa experience for you. We recommend that you schedule your next service prior to leaving the V spa.
Service Selection
Make your selections based on how you feel. Everyone’s sensitivity levels vary. Facial extractions and depilatory waxing can be uncomfortable, and occasionally massage can be intense. Our goal is total relaxation, so please let us know how we can help to make your experience more comfortable.
Punctuality
To ensure enjoyment of a relaxing spa experience, please plan to arrive at the V spa at least 15 minutes before your first service is scheduled. This will allow time for you to change into your robe and relax before your treatment begins. You may also wish to shower or spend some time in our relaxation lounge. If you arrive late, every attempt will be made to accommodate you, but you may not be able to enjoy your full service time.
Cancellation Policy
If you should need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we kindly request 12 hours notice for a single service and 24 hours notice for multiple services. When booking a spa package or a group, we require 48 hours advance notice. All bookings for a spa package or a group require a credit card number to reserve your appointment time. Less than 12 hours notice will result in a charge of 50% of service reserved and not showing up for your service will result in charge of 100%. . Thank you for your consideration.
Hours of Operation
The V spa & Wellness Centre is open Mondays and Tuesdays from 10:00am - 6:00pm; Wednesdays, Thursdays, & Fridays from 9:30am - 8:00pm; Saturdays from 9:00am - 5:30pm; and Sundays from 11:00am - 4:00pm. Excluding statutory holidays.
Home Care Products
At the V spa & Wellness Centre, you can extend the benefits of your spa experience by using our amazing line of home care products. Your therapist will advise you on the appropriate products for your skin type and condition to help you continue to look and feel your best.
Prices
Prices quoted do not include taxes. All prices are subject to change without notice.
Payment Methods
We accept Visa, MasterCard, debit and cash.
Gratuities
We believe that the decision to extend a gratuity should be the result of a wonderful experience, and left to the discretion of the guest.
Gift Cards
The V Spa gift cards are available at our customer service desk. Ask about our many programs and treatments which may be ideal for a loved one or valued client or friend. Gift cards for services or packages will expire one year from the date of purchase and gift cards purchased for cash have no expiry date.We require your gift card at time of payment. We regret that we our unable to provide a new gift card if lost or stolen.
Special Considerations
At the time of booking your treatment, please advise us of any allergies, ailments, illnesses, disabilities, pregnancy or requirements for wheelchair access. The V spa is a non-smoking facility.
